At Cheeseme, customers perched atop brightly coloured cushions face outwards towards the plaza seated at elliptically or arc shaped tables as they dine beneath a taught canvas tent. The cushions, all of which are different, symbolize the diverse world of cheese.
On the upper floor we find a more conventional area, with square tables designed by Daifuku and named spiral
, a hint at the curvilinear distribution of the first floor.
