Conversion and change of use of a 17th century stable and smithy, listed grade B.
No amendments were possible to the exterior walls; the roof includes 9 rooflights, all of which are motorised to create stack effect rapid cooling in summer. The interior and roof were completely rebuilt and new services installed. Solar water panels are incorporated on the south-west facing roof. a full-height atrium runs through the centre of the building. Short listed for Leaf International
