The massing is stepping back form the villas tho respect their privacy .
Enlarged setback will provide more privacy and visibility between the two plots.
Lu'luat AL Raha offers a series of special character zones and creating a common feel, but with varied aesthetic which is created through the range of building typologies, massing and fenestration.
The design adapted a mixture of Mediterranean, local and modern styles. In this mixture it aims to homogenize with the surrounding villas in material used , scale and spirit.
The minaret was located to be visible and to act as a landmark defining the end of the path and to be visible from the lower local street and upper street .
