N.A.S (Not A Sushi) is a playful intent to introduce Gimbap, a Korean-style sushi to a wider audience and differentiate from Japanese maki rolls. A simple, light, clean brand image and interior design for a simple food. The design introduces subtle details through material textures. Wooden finishes provide warmth and highlight whilst complimenting the brand aesthetic. The shop front is a clean and light facade which contrasts from the organic messiness of the many local stores along the streets.
