This house is located in a residential and golf estate and is renovated during 2014. As the structure were still perfect most renovations took place in the bathrooms, kitchen and bedrooms areas. The house is also doubled up to make provision for an additional wing with bedrooms, kitchen, lounge and bathroom as well as full studio and office areas.
This existing villa is renovated to look brand new again. As the structure were quite solid most renovations took place internally with upgrading the kitchen, bathrooms and bedrooms and a double up on the house to include another wing and studio spaces.
