This luxury villa located in the east coast road has a grand view of both sides of the elevations. Luxury combined with contemporary style defines the interiors. Simple and plains walls were kept away as to match the brief of the client, which was to make a grand home with ethnic feel. All the loose furniture in living and dining area are matched to this concept.
The ground floor is planned with a living room, dining room, a bedroom, kitchen and a courtyard. staircase designed in the centre of the house acts as a focal point with high ceiling and decorative handrails and dark granite used for the steps. First floor has been divided into 3 spacious bedrooms while the second floor is planned with utility spaces like family room, gym, a home theatre, and a terrace garden in the front. Rooms have been designed in rich veneers for wall panelling and wardrobes for a luxury feel. Marble cladding on the walls helps for easy maintenance as well gives an aesthetic look. All the doors in the interiors have artistic metal inlay which goes well with the handrails.Draperies and furnishings selected for the interiors adds up to the concept of contemporary style with rich feel.
