Country house in Ancín

It is a single-storey house, built in coloured concrete. The ceramic-tiled roof, gabled to comply with the village regulations, has an overhang to the south to cover the porch and protect the bedroom windows, and to the north to cover the garage.

The house opens up to the south, looking out over the landscape and to the church tower. The entrance is through the porch. The distribution means the house may be partially used, separating the daughters' area with a door halfway down the corridor.

The western view is of a simple gabled house; the south is in landscape format and opens to the garden, while the north and west views only have the necessary openings, protected by coloured concrete lattices.
