Ordered a rooflight that never arrived, thankfully I found a manufacturer of rooflights called Tuffx who delivered in 3 days....

what a great experience a really nice and professional company and i can honestly say a genuine top end product. sales staff could not have been more knowledgeable and helped me decide the right rooflight for me . regular contact from customer services to make sure my building project was going to be ready to accept delivery and a good job they did as we got held up and it was put back twice . I had two deliveries both times i was kept informed of the drivers ETA and the drivers very polite and helpful this is a genuinely good company that actually cares about their product customer and reputation genuinely delighted with them

Beautiful skylights and outstanding support. On the recommendation of my architect brother, we installed Sunsquare skylights in 2019. Installation was easy, using the optional upstands. The skylights look beautiful and the quality of construction is excellent. This year, trying to fault find a leak in the roof membrane, their advice and support has been outstanding. They really really care about their product.

A very nice company to work with, Hayley has been particularly helpful all the way from the initial enquiry right the way through to support post installation. Very professional and always pick up the phone / answer emails.

Terrible service, poor quality product, hidden costs - highly recommend you avoid Sunsquare. We lost 6 weeks and spent a further £5k beyond the original quote in additional costs as a result of Sunsquare errors. If you do choose Sunsquare, I highly recommend: - you do not pay upfront for the glazing. - you document all your interactions in writing - build in a buffer cost and timeline to your project --- We chose sunsquare for side return glazing (6m x 2m) and a walk on piece of glass (c.1m x 0.5m) despite it being twice the cost (£6,115 for side return glazing) of the competing quote (c.£3k) for three reasons: 1.) Service: Sunsquare promised a higher level of service to 'hand hold' us through the process, including pre-installation site visits and professional drawings to ensure smooth installation 2.) Timeline: As they are based near to us, we were promised faster installation timelines and greater flexibility - visiting the site and fitting installation around other projects to accelerate the completion date. 3.) Product quality: Flagging thermal breaks and sightlines - sunsquare emphasized the superiority of their product and emphasized the lack of regulation in the industry and their kite mark as a signal of excellence. Pre-installation: After paying upfront for all glazing and despite emphasizing we wanted to move quickly - we chased Sunsquare for 4 weeks through a tortuous process to clarify drawings. This involved regular inaccuracies with drawings from Sunsquare, unnecessary delays for requoting glazing costs, additional cost for our architect to check and amend drawings and a general disregard for our desire to move quickly. Installation: On installation our walk on glazing was cracked, no apology or communication to expedite resolution. This led to additional delays and costs. Side return installation: Attempt 1: At the same time as installing the walk on glass - the installers of the side return glazing felt uncomfortable with access despite a pre-installation survey. They now requested scaffold to be erected, despite specific reassurances on-site in earlier meetings this would not be needed. This was a result of absent communication pre-installation: no pre-call to check on site changes, no mention of obvious items the builder should not progress (e.g. guttering). Attempt 2: On returning the glazing was the product was the wrong specification (wrong size) as a result of incorrect drawings. A further aborted installation. Attempt 3: installation the team arrived and had manufactured the frame the wrong size. Glass installed but with incorred frame and taping around the sides. Fourth installation visit: frame resized, lead flashing remained very poor quality as a result of repeated installations. No follow up communication, apology or outreach for compensation. There are multiple additional points to add to the above. These can be simplified into: very poor communication, at best slapdash work, disregard for timelines and generally lack of quality in the product and installation. I would recommend any customer looking for a walk on rooflights or roof glazing look elsewhere, and certainly never pay upfront.

Excellent product, advice and customer service from start to finish. We are absolutely delighted with the two pyramid lanterns in our new kitchen/garden room. Great view of the ever changing sky. So much light even on dull days. No more SAD syndrome thanks to Sunsquare! ChrissyRoss and Ian Jackson, Norwich

I purchased a Sunsquare Aero Access window (1000x2000mm) in 2014 for a loft conversion. There were a few niggling problems with the opening mechanism, due to a faulty control box. The company sent out a tech very quickly and got it fixed up. I did not buy a rain sensor because of the price (which seemed rather high), but I'd probably recommend getting one now (had a few unexpected rainshowers and had to deal with the consequences). It has worked just fine ever since the initial problems were addressed.

We chose Sunsquare to provide the minimalist, triple-glazed skylights we were looking for when building our flat roof kitchen extension. Their prices were very competitive, the product specifications excellent, and their staff were a pleasure to deal with. We chose their installation service, and the lights arrived on schedule and were safely installed with minimal fuss. That was three years ago, and we are still extremely happy with them!

We've had a roof light for nearly two years now on our orangery roof and have been nothing but pleased with the product and the performance. the sales team were very helpful and understanding as it took over 18 months for our order to be placed due to various delays with the works but Sunsquare held the agreed prices - great service. Many thanks Sunsquare.
