i have been fleeced by your authorised service dealer by the name of Fame Refrigeration based out of plot no 14, ashok vihar, phase 3, gurgaon. i had originally made a complaint on your website regarding no cooling of the air conditioner and the technician visited my place on 2nd sep for which I paid INR 500/- as visit charges. the technician diagnosed the issue and said it was due to the compressor sensor which was not working and said it had to be replaced and the charges for the same will be INR 1550/- approx plus INR 2000/- to refill the gas since the gas quantity was very low. I agreed to the same and after multiple escalations with them and on your website, the technician came on 8th sep with the spare part to replace it, they fixed the new part and tried to refill the gas and inspite of doing the same they were unable to resolve the issue after spending 2 hours approx on the same and finally concluded that the issue is with the compressor and it needs replacement. The technician also said that the replacement charge of the compressor would be INR 900/- inspite of the compressor being under warranty. On 9th sept the technician successfully completed the work and made me pay a total of INR 5450/-, the break up of the same is as follows: Gas charges: INR 3000/- Compressor sensor: INR 1550/- and Compressor replacement charges of INR 900/-. I am shocked to knwo that inspite of the compressor being under warranty and the failure of the technician to diagnose the issue earlier which would have prevented the gas leakage i had to pay such a huge amount. The receipt i recd over email was for an amount of INR 190/- against INR 5450/- that i paid which is attached

Half a month gone, complaint logged but no resolution. My conclusion is...buying Hitachi AC is just wasting your money.
NEVER EVER BUY COMMERCIAL UNITS OF HITACHI. COMPANY AND ALL STAFF ARE FRAUD. I PURCHASED 12 UNITS FOR MY BANQUET HALL. THEIR STAFF TOOK AWAY PARTS FROM MY MACHINES WHILE INSTALLING. NONE OF THE ACS ARE WORKING. SEVERAL COMPLAINTS HAVE BEEN MADE FOR THE PAST 2-3 MONTHS. TILL NOW NO SOLUTION.
Pasha Aircon - Hitachi Service Center in Faridabad is a BIG CHEATER. They have damaged my Hitachi AC. Instead of refilling Gas, they damaged its motor and other parts. Now they are not picking up my phone. 5 Complaints have been cancelled by Pasha Aircon. I have sent email to Hitachi but their response is also not Good.
Don't take any Service of this Company.
I have also decided, will never buy any Hitachi AC products.

I have bad experience with your customer services. I have Window AC and it was not cooling. I complained to customer care. Complaint number is XXXXX3669. One boy came for Visit from PASA AIRCON, Faridabad. He told me that AC is not cooling, there is a need to refill of Gas. After 2-3 days, same boy came with one other tech person. They refilled gas and serviced AC with water. I informed that please take extra care as you are cleaning it with water. They said we will take care. After servicing they installed AC and started it. But AC was not working at that time. After some time they told me that there is a MOTOR problem. We will come back with a motor. They never came back and didn't pick up my phone. I called many times to their Boss but he told me same story that MOTOR issue and it will be chargeable. I explained to him, but he is not taking my call now. They have cancelled all my complaintsXXXX03669, XXXXXX3569, XXXXX02643. I am using many Hitachi products and never faced such a bad experience. I hope you will understand this and send right person to repair it on urgent basis.
Worst Service I have experienced in my life. I raised a Breakdown Request 4 days back for my AC. This is the second complaint, as they repaired my AC 20 days back on another request. Their Vendor Friends Trading Corporation Ghaziabad is making excuses as Hitachi gives 3 months warranty on repair. I am facing the similar problem again and now instead of repair I am getting Excuses. I'LL NEVER SUGGEST ANYONE TO GO FOR HITACHI AGAIN AND IWILL NEVER BUY ITS PRODUCTS AGAIN.
Very worst experience with Hitachi AC. Please do not buy the product from Hitachi. I bought a AC 3 months ago and now my AC is not working, I have registered the request but didn't get the solution from the company and without giving solution they have closed my request as well.
My family members kids and senior citizens are facing health issues and nobody is taking this responsibility from Hitachi. Very worst experience. If you buy a ac from the local company that will be the better option compared to Hitachi.

I bought this Hitachi 1.5 split AC based on the Hitachi reputation on 19th Aug and it got installed on 20th August.
It has been just 3 days and this AC is not working. This is really really disappointing. I don't want this very very bad quality and cheap quality AC. Please take it back.
Moreover, it took the technician 4-5 hrs to install the AC like seriously. Does it seriously take that much of time.

Very poor service system. I contacted for my window AC service. they came and tell other person will come on next day. no one turns up.
But for renewal of AMC they will contact frequently and will come at our convenient time.

Very poor service, they try and fleece the customers by first putting a sticker on the Refrigerator no Stablizer required, and when the PCB fails the engineer says why the stablizer was not installed. the PCB is priced at 11000/- no GST bill no mention of the price on the box. you write emails no response.
HR is so unprofessional. She is talking like a SBI employee. When i aaked for interview on Sunday she was saying yhat ' Sunday oko karta h interview' in very rude. She was very cunning that i have askef to cancel my interview.

One of the technician visit our place in ghaziabad Indirapuram Uttar Pradesh..
Firstly he took 1 hour to diagnose the problem then he said all the components are faulty .then he said another senior technician will visit and will check again.
Finaly another senior technician visited and checked and reverted that controller needs to be changed and that is under warranty..
Initially they told that it will be arranged in 2 days.. day after day they kept delaying it..
I called several times at your customer care and service centre to ask for resolution of my problem.
So many days gone by and still no revert..
