This is a review of Premier Deliveries (lol) that Victoria Plum use not the item which appears to be fine. Driver woke the house up at 6.25am despite us being told to expect a 7am-11am delivery with a call/text in the morning to be given an exact time (this didn't happen). When questioned why this didn't happen the driver was rude & keen to leave. Both boxes marked 'Fragile' & 'This Way Up' were delivered upside down. I will reconsider ordering again from Victoria Plum if they use cowboy outfits like this that can't follow simple instructions & are rude to their customers.

After purchasing a bath screen earlier this year, The item had become faulty after only 2 months of using it. I tried to contact them but was unable to. Once I had waited an hour for someone to take my message, I was told very bluntly that they cannot help me as the company has changed owner and no longer honour warranty. I now have a £300 bath screen that is useless. Please do not buy from this company. I can honestly say it is the worse company to deal with if you have any problems (which you will)

Would avoid. Last time I will order with them. First they delivered the incorrect items. When raised they said they would deliver the correct item and arranged pick up for the incorrect items. They never showed when they said they would. Had to recontact them and then they rearranged further times for delivery and pick up. Then the item they delivered was broken, and they missed the collection appointment again. Finally after almost a month, and having to delay my bathroom project, I have the correct items. But they still haven't been able to arrange to actually collect the incorrect or broken items which are on the way to the tip now. Unable to phone them have to go through a chat bot, all around deeply poor service.
