On 8th of August I ordered the pillow Tempur MIllenium M ( the order number 572778516) on Senpo web site.
I collect it from Inpost postamat on 17.08, but unfortunately I had to send it back to change the size, because that one did’t fit for my child. Please note, that we just tried but not used it (no one sleep on it of course).
Please pay your attention, that the pillow
was delivered to me just in original box with a thin layer of black cellophane without any additional paper box. The original box was a little bit dented in the middle.
I returned the pillow in the same dented original box and the same black plastic cover without any additional package and was waiting for reply of the shop.
On 29.08 I got the e-letter from Zuzanna Sowińska, that the box is broken and I can reserve only 70% of compensation.
I tried to explain than the box was in the same view like I received it, but just got the reply that it is a politics of the company.
I read carefully these rules before return and the is no reason to reject (points 7.2-7.4 of return policy) to make 100% refund:
returned item is complete (in the plant original box, incl. the cellophane pachage), it was never used and there is no “specific situations” (point 7.4) when the store may to refuse to accept items commonly considered as personal Items of which would on any way violate the hygiene rules. It was also not the special production, which is not possible to resell to other customer.
I really sad because of following situation.
Such poor customer-oriented approach will affect to shop reputation dramatically.
The clearly concrete figures of refund amount are not specified in the return politics and not possible to calculate, so the customer is not able to clarify all condition of return before e-order.
The rejection reason, which is mentioned in the reply of customer’s care letter is also not substantiated: the customer is not not guilty in the receipt of new item in crumpled box.
Service at the highest level. We bought a bed and mattress. Mrs. Ania is patient, smiling, she will listen and advise. We left super happy - with a clear conscience 10/10

I rate the company 5 stars after buying a bed and 2 mattresses in the salon on Krzywousty on 29.04. Most of all we appreciate with my husband
professional approach of Mrs. Anna, who devoted a lot of time to us and patiently answered all our questions, and most importantly, made every effort to meet our expectations. Prices may not be the lowest, but let's face it, quality costs money. Efficient personal collection of furniture from the warehouse in Komorniki, where everything was already waiting for us. The assembly of the bed is trivial, a bit worse than the frame, but we managed. I recommend the company and advise you not to waste your time with other companies in this mall :)

I chose your company, additionally contacted you via chat and got a great discount. The product arrived very quickly and without any problems, I am very satisfied. A very individual approach and understanding, I have never encountered such professional service. High-class goods, but still nothing compared to the service class, which exceeded my farthest-reaching expectations;) a minor fault of the bed almost 2 years after the purchase, we are not left to ourselves. I am very built, supportive service for which I am grateful;)
Extremely nice and professional service performed by Mrs. Natalia. For weeks I was looking for a comfortable and, most importantly, cheap bed with a mattress, in several previous stores I was repelled by the price that was inadequate to the comfort, or rather the lack of it. Unfortunately, incompetent people work there. Product unprotected, wrapped with paper. The complaint department does not consider complaints. For two weeks they have been kindly informing that they will submit a complaint to the DPD company that delivered the ordered product (a frame for a child to a bed). We will have to wait ... Maybe this year they will answer

The purchase of a bed with a mattress is a hit thanks to the professional service (additionally very nice). Huge selection of colors, materials, patterns. I think there is something for everyone.
