Wow , contacted clockwork removals for international move at short notice,I suffer anxiety and have survived 4 strokes and the thought terrified me,but what a superb outfit from the lady's in the office who were so patient with me ,Michael jacks surveyed my property and was bang on with the size of move and the many many items we accumulated over the years then Richard, dynamic and finally the crew !! Absolutly quality,punctual polite,strong as ox 'es and nothing was a problem for them !! Made me proud of north west London,if you need relocating these guys must be the go to company,worth every penny !! In fact I quite miss the crew a new chapter for me abroad and definitely couldn't have done it without them ,absolutly seamless.thank you so very much ,Byron and helen
The company was good to deal with in the planning stages, and on the day of the move the service was efficient and punctual - but be sure to pack any expensive small valuable yourself. We unwisely left a pair of Bose headphones on our desk and they did not make it to the new house, which was extremely disappointing and we would therefore urge any future customers to proceed with caution, sadly.
Richard in the office was super helpful, flexible and patient through the booking process after our moving date was delayed constantly over 4 months.
The team that did our packing and removals were faultless- really helpful, friendly, good natured and speedy! Nothing was too much trouble, they were really careful with everything.
They also seemed to be enjoying their work which although of course not essential it really made them lovely people to be around. They were really kind, and honestly the packing and moving days were fun and happy amidst all the days of stress surrounding the move!
We absolutely loved these guys. We had a really stressful move (exchange the Friday, complete the Tuesday) so came in very last minute. They were professional and calm in the planning - with a FaceTime which was really reassuring and then for the actual move, they packed everything up in the morning and we were all unpacked again by 4pm. The office team were super responsive too. The team were funny and charming and so reassuring. We had no breakages, everything was put where we wanted and they even came back to get the boxes a week later when we were completely unpacked. Cannot recommend highly enough
The team were amazing from start to finish, they provided a quick quote and were endlessly patient when our dates kept changing. The team who came to do the packing and removal were superb, very professional and friendly and so careful with our possessions. I’d highly recommend Clockwork and would definitely use them again next time we move.

Really lovely team who worked very hard. No plastic packing materials, everything recyclable - which they picked up to take for recycling once we’d unpacked. Would definitely use again.

Moving is hardly a joy at the best of times but when you have the right team who provide the best support on the day, it helps tremendously. Our team was professional and courteous and did a fantastic job. I would highly recommend Clockworkremovals to anyone who is planning a move.
I cannot fault clockwork removals. From the first appointment where we given our quote, to arriving at our new place, everyone involved was professional and personable. We opted for our stuff to be packed - the first time we’ve done so and I’m amazed at how efficient the guys were. Our three bed flat was packed up into 3 vans within 3 hours. They took great care and not a single item of ours was broken in transit. All our furniture was reassembled and put in the correct room. A great bunch of guys and they were actually the cheapest quote I got. 10/10 would recommend.

I whole-heartedly recommend Clockwork as a removals company. Their whole services was quick and efficient starting with the initial assessment visit through the online booking system to the actual packing / move itself.
I would also really recommend the additional unpacking service as it gets you out of your sea of boxes immediately(including removing all the boxes) and your new home feels like home much quicker!

Absolutely cannot fault the service from Clockwork Removals. Surveying process was quick and efficient and the surveyor answered all my silly questions (thanks Leroy!). Quote came through quickly. Back office staff were very happy to make amendments to the quote when our plans changed. Our removals team, headed up by Miro, were amazing, ever so friendly and professional. Made us feel totally at ease and explained the process. They took the time on the day to plan the removal activity around my husband's work commitments and our baby's schedule to make it as stress free as possible. They worked really efficiently and cleanly. Absolutely would use again!
Excellent service from the team ranging from backroom staff, fitting me in a short notice to packing and removal, the team were on time, super fast, and very compassionate, everything was clearly labelled and placed exactly where I needed it. Nothing was too much trouble and the team were upbeat, can do and super calm. I am so grateful for their kindness and help. Pricing was on the expensive side and I don't feel the price was fully justified compared to competitors. However I can't fault the service and kindness of the team through the process.
