What a pleasant experience dealing with a friendly helpful company! From start to finish, everyone was amazing. The designer was very helpful and managed to incorporate everything we needed and even offered to help us move the heavy furniture prior to the arrival of fitters. Fitters finished on time and did an excellent job as well.
We would have no hesitation in recommending Capital Bedrooms to family and friends.

They committed to everything they promised. I found them to be a very true and down to earth company.
After a visit to their showroom I was sold by the quality they could produce on site. I was given a number of choices and at all times the designer helped me to create my wardrobes within my budget.
I'm impressed by their professionalism.
Excellent service from Capital Bedrooms for our small kitchen. Everything was made-to-measure and fitted into the small amount of available space to maximise cupboard storage. I had designs made by a "big brand" kitchen supplier which turned out to be incorrect and overpriced, thankfully I came across Capital. James at Capital bedrooms pointed out where to ideally locate the washing machine and cooker for convenience and safety. I am really impressed with the fitting team who worked diligently to make sure everything was perfect. Five stars!
I just want to say a massive thank you to Capital Bedrooms - especially Luci and his amazing team for the superb work they did in fitting our four wardrobes. The service was brilliant from start to finish with Luci making sure we were happy along every step of the way. I have and will Capital Bedrooms (Luci inparticular) to all my friends and family!

Absolutely a joke company. Very rude customer services. No wonder they had to close down the previous company due to all the bad reviews and poor customer service.
They will never stick to their commitments so If you don’t want to waste your time I highly recommend do not visit this showroom.

I had a 3 panel fitted wardrobe with sliding doors fitted in for £2000. I was very impressed by how quick and easy the process was, from the first design visit to the fitting, it took just over 1 week! My designer, Luci, was very nice and friendly, and the guys who fitted in the wardrobe were very lovely. They valued my opinions and made sure I was happy with all the services from start to finish, and I received regular calls from them to stay updated. Would definitely recommend, not only are my wardrobes stylish but the service was honestly great!
Recently my daughter’s wardrobe door had come off its hinges. I rang the company who said they will send some workman when they are next in the area. This was resolved fairly swiftly by them .
Worst wardrobe fitters ever! Told us they would deliver something and never did..lots of chips left on wardrobe , worst finishing ever. Very disappointed. Staff very rude. No concept of customer service. Do yourselves a favour and never get stuff from them. We regret it. Big mistake!
Follow on from our experience with capital wardrobes:
To follow up on my previous review I would like to highlight that after our dispute on the quality of work by Capital Wardrobes, I was contacted by James the Director of the business. He insisted for us to meet him at the property the same evening. He demonstrated a very understanding and professional attitude in our meeting. He agreed that our concerns were valid and promised to fix the isssues and finish the job at a high quality standard acceptable to us. This did take time and a lot of effort from his team of fitters who worked tirelessly till 11pm at night to deliver the job. Due to the delays we incurred additional costs to call our carpet fitters a second time round after the wardrobes were done, however James kindly agreed to reimburse us for this cost.
All in all, after a lot of back and forth we got our desired wardrobes at the end but, it should not take the Director of a business to step in (which James kindly did) to demonstrate good customer care.
Very happy with our wardrobes and the whole experience. Mac was amazing from the first day we met. He provided us with a 3D images of the wardrobes the same day he came to our home to take dimensions and help us choose the colours (there were so many finishes available!)
the fitters were very professional and worked continuously for 2 days to complete 1x 3.2meter and 1x 1.3 m wardrobes with sliding doors.
We had a very small problem after the fitting was done and we had the fitters back to sort it out within 2 hours after reporting it to Mac. I would say this is amazing service and customer care.

I used Capital Bedrooms at the beginning of the year to design and fit cupboards for my master and guest bedroom as well as a desk and drawer unit. The furniture was designed, manufactured and fitted within 2 weeks. Materials, colours and features were endless, but the designer worked patiently with me to design furniture most suitable for my requirements. I had done a lot of shopping around and the price quoted was extremely competitive. I was very impressed with the overall level of service from all the staff that I dealt with; designer through to the fitters. 6 months on and the furniture is still as good as the day it was fitted!
We had fitted wardrobes and a long drawer for our loft room done by capital bedrooms. They had a wide variety of designs for us to choose from, and gave us a reasonable price. All staff we dealt with were very helpful and informative. Work was completed within a day and to very high quality standard. Although workers didn't speak English they were very polite and made any adjustments we asked them to do. We are very satisfied with the customer service we received from Capital Bedrooms and the wardrobes they have fitted are of high quality. We recommend to anyone looking for fitted wardrobes done.
Impressed by the speed and service, quick installation and most importantly the look and quality of the end product. Our new fitted wardrobes have transformed an awkward eaves space and we can't wait to move in and start using them. The sleek no handles, push-to-open function is great.
