Our house is located in Ambur, 200 kms away from Chennai. We came to know about Arcmen via google. We contacted Mr. Balaraman. He responded very quickly. He asked us about the details of the house and our expected requirement. Balaraman sir and his team worked very hard to meet our needs and provided their suggestions. Highly knowledgeable right from start to end. After finalizing the 3D design and confirming the drawing details, they executed as same in the design. Arcmen team done a wonderful job to make our new home look perfect with their interior works. They used the same material which was quoted in the agreement. Budget including materials and labour cost didn't exceed the agreement. They completed the work within the given time without any delay using professional carpenters who worked day and night. The team discussed a range of designs for the layout we had in the kitchen as well as bedrooms and came up with many options, following which they also guided on materials selection and fittings with a clear focus on optimising costs. Very satisfied with the work. Delivery - given the variety handled some delays ( few days ) must be accepted. Overall very happy with the fit and finish of the work. Work completed in May 2023.
Arcmen interior has one of the best carpentry team, highly knowledgeable! Right from start to end Balram sir who leads the team will assist you to meet your needs and provide his suggestions. They did my modular kitchen, wardrobe, TV and Pooja unit and the carpenters were very professional. The final output was exactly what I imagined in fact some were better than I had imagined. A bit of training is required to the front end team in terms of communication and promptness which caused some delays otherwise they deserve 5 stars.

Everything was great but the best part we personally felt is the effort they put in during the design phase even in the initial discussion. I have called him multiple times, every time he is committing something but he is not following that.. your executive has come to my place and measured everything and he was committed to share the estimation plan.. even the owner committed the same.. still I’m running behind him to get the estimation.. coz of you guys I have lost around 20 days.. anyway the work is not yet started.. I’m saved..
I took service from Arcmen exactly an year ago and I was waiting to review after an year based on the quality of their work . We did only the kitchen with them . Balaraman would give us the inputs that we would not have foreseen earlier . It was really useful. Coming to the quality of their work , we took 2 interior services and after an year , I can say Arcmenwork is better than the other. The kitchen cupboards are still the same and the hinges did not rust yet .with maintenance . Their work is credible enough to go for a longer period of time . My future independent house also , I will take Balaraman sirs inputs and arcmen without batting an eye .
We approached Arcmen interior designer at our home during construction period for interiors they given first furniture plan with vasthu aspects and our full filling, After they process detail drawings and 3D designs with materials detail with our satisfaction and cost , really it's very helpful to us for arranging electric points, plumbing & paint and floor chosen, Afterwards construction they are started interior work and did planned timing, finishes as what they given , timing coordination is very good, it's not a easy job but they are did well, they have multiple materials options for customization so customers going basic cost mind they suggest as per budget.

Arcmen interiors were the right find in terms of budget, communication, design, flexibility, site visits along with their expert suggestions and prompt execution. Balaraman sir and his team were great. They really took the time to understand my style and helped me express myself in my home. The team's attention to detail was phenomenal. They did an amazing job in my dream home,but i definitley say that cost is little bit high when comparing others. Altough he does not compromise in his quality of products and output.I'd definitely recommend them.
The work and design is very well.. very flexible to work and they made sure everything before going into real design .. good experience with them, team is very knowledgeable . But, the price they charge is much higher and not negotiable .
I don't know how they have so many positive feedback. I went to their showroom in Porur 5 days ago and discussed my requirement. I was told that I will be given an estimate the next day but despite constantly following up with them for 5 days, I haven't even got any response from them. Such a bad experience as they seems not so interested in new business, may be they have too much to handle. I hope most of the reviews are paid ones.

The process:
- Review before reach out: Me and my wife did go over their work on google and few other social platforms and were pretty impressed by their work.
- First conversation: Mr.Dhanasekar gave a rough idea about what to expect in terms of the phases, planning & costing right in our very first conversation. That gave a reasonable perspective for us to decide whether we would work together or not.
- Design Team: I got the opportunity to interact with the chief designer & engineer, Mr. Bala. He is very diligent, systematic, and thoughtful. The part that we liked about him the most was the fact that he is all ears to our opinions but does not shy away from clarifying/correcting our thoughts/ideas if we are headed in the wrong direction. It's always a two way street with him, and that's a great quality.
He and his team were very prompt in delivering the 2D rendering followed by the 3D models of the interior work to be done in the apartment. That helped gain a clear picture of the final product much ahead of implementation.
Having worked with them in tandem, while the apartment was still in construction was another major bonus, they did periodic evaluation and necessary corrections in the building electrical layout as and when needed. This also helped keep a check on the apartment's progress.
- Implementation: We are nearly getting to this stage, more updates to follow once we are done with this.

Arcmen modular kitchen, porur, Chennai was my final choice after analyzing around 15 interior designers to do interior design work for my flat @ 'Radiance shine', OMR.
I was looking for some one who don't charge for their brand and charge only for quality work and materials and craftsmanship; someone who can give genuine, transparent rough estimates at first site visit (some companies give less priced estimates to make you sign and finally blow up the estimates), someone who can speak like a person in our home to build my home, some one who can price reasonably despite using top class brands (though arcmen is little bit higher on pricing, it is acceptable compared to any designer in chennai.), someone who can generate world class 3d designs and can bring the same into reality inside my home and I found these experts called Arcmen in porur, though they are very far from my home.
Their work, finish, genuinity, timing, quality, top class customer centric service, customer first notion everything make these designers stand out. ..
Though they missed out a couple of my requirements I put forth initially which made me furious.. they tried to go to any extent to get that requirement satisfied.. its tough to see such commitment towards customer satisfaction nowadays. Thanks to Balaraman, Danasekar, Murugan and all of their team.

Mr.Balaraman (overall in-charge) is big plus as he will go much in detail while taking measurement and designing. Execution team is dedicated.
We approached many interior designers made a thorough study and finalised it with Arcmen interiors as Mr.Balaraman was the only person who came in for site visit on time as promised, he had good knowledge, he had patience to note our requirements rather than imposing his ideas. Overall our journey from the commencement of project till the end went out well as per the timelines given by him despite of lockdown and other working restrictions. We chose Arcmen for our house interior work. Mr.Balaraman is very professional and he gave a detailed explanation on the options available and provided lot of suggestions even before the design work started. Once we had confirmed the design, we received 3D image output which was very useful from our perspective. It gave a preview of how the output will be and I would say it was almost there. We made few changes even after design, but the team was cooperative and took up all those work. Special mention to our Pooja unit which came out very well and it did exceed our expectations. The carpenters who came for the site work were also very polite and completed our work without any issues. Only concern from our end was, there was delay in the overall work completion which I felt they can improve on. Apart from that, highly recommended 👍

Team work is fantastic and better coordination among themselves in allocating the resources.
but could improve in managing the mobilization of materials to site as they have missed some items and ran behind them to source which delayed few days.
Workmanship is came good & excellent but at the edges in few areas the finishing cohld have better otherwise it came out really well as it shown in 3D.
they are some few grey areas where they need some improvement. Overall quite satisfactory with the work.

Our house is located in Villupuram 160kms away from Chennai...we came to know about arcmen via Google... We contacted Mr .BALARAMAN.. He responded us quickly .. he asked us about the details of the house and our expected requirment... his team sent us a 3D plan for false ceiling,modular kitchen, and wardrobes and pooja unit, crockery unit and tv unit... He sent various designs and guided us to choose those designs which apt our house. He asked us about the material and required colours ..In addition to it he also sent us a diagram of electrical and plumbing connections for each walls.. . He then sent us an approximate estimate... As it is budget friendly we accepted the offer... All these happened only in virtual mode...We built this house during corona period.... Taking this into consideration his team made all those home units in their business place and they took only four days to finish false ceiling and interior within 1 week... He and his team was too punctual and hardworking... We are fully satisfied with his work..

Then I realized how my house was transforming and then got some corrections with him after finalizing the 3D design and confirmed they send the electrical drawing along with 3D design. Then they gave some idea's to colour our house paint work. The color selection was good and neat. Outlook was neat and nice.They can executed as same in the design.
