We hired Eisner Design to renovate 2 floors of our house. The great challenge of the project was to transform a utilitarian basement into a truly habitable floor linked to the 1st floor above. Joe Eisner and his team came up with a creative and innovative way to add natural light to the basement by using the light from the upstairs family room. They created a 2 1/2 story room by cutting away part of the upstairs floor and connecting it to the basement with a new dramatic staircase. That coupled with a new glass wall and sliding glass doors in basement brought so much more light into the basement. A dark storage basement became a cheery fun space including extra bedroom, bathroom, play room, gym and home office. Eisner design was creative and professional every step of the way. We would recommend the Eisner team and would use them on our next architectural endeavor.

We were looking for a fresh and creative perspective on our renovation project, this is why we contacted Eisner Design and Joe provided all the great solutions we wanted. We were very happy with the design services provided. All the different beautiful and practical spaces created new vibrations in our new home especially thanks to the materials and finishes that were well-integrated. We found the design to be very well-thought out and we all were strongly impressed by it. We think we will certainly use Eisner Design for our next renovation for our beach house and we strongly recommend to anyone looking for excellent, innovative, modern design.
