Do not deal with this organization. They have no customer service or any ability to solve problems. When asking to have a company director call me to solve the problem. I was told that the directors do not call customers. When I queried this. I was then told that the Directors were ill. So either this Organisation has management who do not care to interact with customers, particularly when there is a problem, or it was COVID-19’s fault..... Either way if you have an issue they are not going to help you solve. You are on your own.

We were very excited to use Floors of Stone to build the floor and walls of our new bathroom, but the excitement soon tuned into a nightmare. Floor of Stones had sent us initial samples to select from, and we picked beautiful Silver Shadow Honed Marble tiles. We placed an initial order, but as Floors of Stone delivered the tiles, 40% of the tiles were delivered broken on a sealed pallet. This happed 3 times, occasioning us delays on the build and forcing us to pay overtime for the delay to the contracted builders at the time. Floors of Stone customer service was very poor through the whole process. But the the main concern came now. Only two months after we finished building the floor, some of the tiles have started changing colour (darker grey around certain cracks). These cracks started to show, as if the tiles were put together merging marble with a certain type of cheap clay, and only after 2 months the clay started to hollow, changing color and the tiles started to crack open. Please note that the last pictures attached without red circles are the final tiles placed and how they look after two months. Now we are left with a bigger problem: having to remove the full floor because it is actually dangerous. This company do not only offer materials not fit for purpose, but so far offered us the worst customer service we ever experienced while buying materials for a building.
