Terrible experience with this firm of Architects. They (successfully) try portray an image of a well put together agency so yes great branding but my experience on the whole was of - sloppy work and uninspiring design , some of which didn’t even conform with basic planning rules of the local authority.
after picking my pocket of thousands of pounds they have the arrogance to tell me I have no right to use the drawings I paid for without having the courtesy to talk to me first!
I should have been weary of a company that takes all its “staging” fees up front so there is no recourse after delivering poor quality product.
By way of update - I received a successful planning consent using a new architect who charged 1/10th of the price of this lot and delivered a far better quality product in the end
We had a new kitchen and new roof over all the back. They were helpful, professional and supportive throughout.
Absolutely superb, True professionals, inspiring design, great ideas, would highly recommend.
