Rebirth Ceramics is a project by Ceramiche ML by Tellatin Luciano.
Located nearby Bassano del Grappa, the factory was born in 1982 thanks to the young founders Luciano and Marilena Tellatin. The core business is focused on classic ornaments but in 2013 Alberto Tellatin, son of the couple, decided to rearrange the classic forms into something new. Classic handcrafted moulds, a modern concept with ancient roots and Italian craftmanship represent the soul of Rebirth Ceramics.
"With REBIRTH we wanted to give the traditional excellence of Italian workmanship a new means of expression in order to bring it back into modern homes. We believe that the craftsman’s values of the past must continue to live and be reconsidered as fundamental in the history of the future. REBIRTH thus becomes a concrete example of what it means to protect and re-evaluate the know-how that is typically and uniquely Italian, reinterpreting and intensifying shapes and content. It is a project rooted in the history of craftsmanship and directed toward continual evolution." Chiara Ronzani said, the design and art director of the collection; these words totally sum up what the aim of Rebirth Ceramics is.
