With a blend of architecture and civil engineering, seasoned with a
pinch of attention to detail, mixed with100% Client support towards
their chosen design team, this resulted in the perfect recipe for
success. Granite stone was cut, dressed and shipped to site from the
other side of the globe, within a six week turnaround perfectly matching
the original Kemnay granite, allowing the extension of this property to
marry into the existing house with delightful precision. Added to the
granite stone masonry, further attention to unique details on the
existing dwelling were replicated on the new kitchen extension; such as
timber framed stepped sash windows, lead ridge roll detailing, crafted
exposed timber rafter ends with cast iron rainwater goods and second
hand welsh slates. The extension appears as if it was always part of the
fabric. Our clients have tasted the success of the recipe and want more
of the same !
