Designed and built for a foreign client, who wanted an exotic style, the Mysterium Villa, as the name suggests, conveys a sense of mystery to those who see it from the outside.

This villa is in Foz do Arelho, and like many other projects of Pascal Construction, has access to the magnificent view of the Nadadouro lagoon.

Composed by 3 floors, it is considered a large and luxury villa, having thus proved the difficulty in its elaboration, however with a fantastic end result, as can be seen in the images below.

The house has a basement/garage, a Floor 0 comprising of Laundry, with a service bathroom; a dedicated space for the Library, Cinema and Winter Lounge; a Suite, with a walk-in closet and bathroom; and two Bedrooms, each with its own private bathroom.

The villa also presents Floor 1, being this the ground floor/main floor, which consists of a Kitchen and Dining Room with an open space concept; a Living Room, a space dedicated to a Cloakroom; a Service Bathroom; and, a Summer Lounge. On this level are still the outdoor leisure areas, such as a swimming pool accompanied by a Lounge Deck with BBQ, Changing Rooms with Sauna, and a porch designed for parking the car.
