We integrate two cultures : a solution.

To design the house , while taking into account the size and morphology of the site, we have worried especially to analyze and respond to the climatic requirements of the place through sustainable architecture, using bioclimatic design elements.

The housing program is spread over three floors , placing the living area and service on the ground floor , the bedrooms on the first floor and a multipurpose space in the attic floor and living area , study or bedroom with direct access the green roof .

Ground floor: living room, kitchen-office , service area with bedroom and bathroom , toilet and laundry.

Ground floor: a 1st option we have two double bedrooms with en suite and two other bedrooms share a third bathroom. In the master bedroom we have specially designed the bathroom, so that is seamlessly integrated throughout the space axis , dressing room, bathroom , bedroom and terrace, to take it outside .

Attic floor: Utility room with a bathroom, two terraces overlooking the garden and deck, turning it into an extension of the garden.

Inside the house the spaces flow through themselves and outwardly and extend horizontally into the garden , and vertically by a double space linking the ground floor with the first floor while the exterior, all merging into one.

The shaft kitchen – barbecue -pool- garden gives us this vision of a single continuous space that can be divided by itself sliding frames , forming several large , independent spaces.

Include bioclimatic and sustainable architecture aspects :

Porches – threshold :

Intermediate space that connects the shade house or inside the house with the garden, prevent direct incidence Sunbeam inside and sunscreen and creates a microclimate abroad. Avoid unwanted glare filtering the natural light , acts as acoustic monitoring system , making screen.

Ventilation:

Natural ventilation is another highlight bioclimatic aspects . The creation of the dual space and its connection to the study on the second floor leads to increased stack effect , eliminating the hot air out the top of the housing and letting in fresh air again and the bottom of it.

Colors :

The white painted cover and facades reflects most of the solar radiation and thus minimizes the temperature rise inside

Isolation:

Adding insulation in the roof to get this space are protected under the rising temperatures by solar radiation , with more cool and pleasant .

Green roof :

A deck area is landscaped , which apart from creating added insulation to housing in a sustainable manner , a garden is formed at the height of the treetops , more private , more intimate , with other perspectives

Solar hot water :

The introduction of solar panels for domestic water heating significantly reduce the power consumption of housing.

A modern aesthetic , combining sustainability , environmental integration , visual continuity of space , privacy, comfort, have been combined into this apartment in a perfect balance.
