This old radio was one of our client's favourite treasures that she wanted on show in her home. We chose this spot for it and gave it a new function by using it as a bar.

The Mamluk rug collection is made in Egypt from an old technique of hand knotted wool. Their designs consist of large medallions made up of intersecting compartments of various forms distinguishable not only by their distinctive ornament, but also by their lustrous wool, fine weave and soft, closely valued coloration dominated by pale greens, yellows and reds.
