Dependency building accessed through the courtyard or streetside is detailed with earthy materials to maintain its intimate and historical feel. Originally used as a kitchen for the corner store, it had been renovated with a bathroom in the middle of the downstairs room in the 20th century.

We removed this bathroom and installed black stone tile for the flooring throughout. Cabinetry in cypress. Ceiling with reclaimed lath conceals mini-split heat pump system. Original stair refinished. Counters in black granite with refrigerator drawers on back wall.

Area: 446 m²
Price: $1,500,000
